Q: What is the setup process like?

A: Our equipment is truly "plug and play." Upon receiving the equipment all you need to do is turn it on and plug your computer into it. It's that easy.

Q: How fast is the connection?

A: The connection speeds will vary depending on location, but the connection speed is typically 1.4 Mbps down and 800 Kbps up. Our service is ideal for emailing, web surfing and online demos that do not require constant streaming video. If you have questions about your usage requirements, please contact a representative.

Q: I thought the show sponsored vendor as the only company that can provide internet access?

A: The network we use is controlled by the FCC and the in-house provider has no right to prevent anyone from using it.

Q: How long can we use the internet connection?

A: We ship you everything to arrive the day before the show, and you must return ship the day after the show. You can use the equipment the entire time it is in your possession.

Q: How reliable is the service?

A: The Verizon Wireless network is far and away the most reliable company in the nation. If you have questions about the specific location you will be exhibiting, please ask one of our representatives and they will answer any specific questions you have.

Q: How do I place an order?

Q: How many computers can we connect at a time?

A: You can connect 4 computers via Ethernet cable (provided) or via the router's WIFI connection. If you would like to connect more computers, we can provide you with additional modems to expand your bandwidth.

Q: What does your 100% Satisfaction Guarantee entail?

A: We want you to have the best experience possible at your show, so we have a 100% money back guarantee if you are not fully satisfied. If you run into any issues while onsite, call our technical support line and we will help you troubleshoot the issue. If we cannot resolve the issue to your full satisfaction, file a claim with the agent and cease using the equipment immediately. Then ship the equipment back to us using the provided prepaid label at your earliest convenience. We will not issue any refunds for issues brought up after the conclusion of the show, and we do not refund shipping expenses.

In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with our product, most trade shows offer internet connections/setup throughout the show. If you need to return our equipment, you can still have a connection in your booth through the show.

Q: My exhibitor packet says that there is one "exclusive" provider for internet services at the show. Are they going to let me use EventConnect?
